(GCC 全球中国联接) is a student-run non-profit organization to connect China and the international community. The network currently consists of over 50 chapters at universities around the world.
As a part of a national non-profit organization, MIT Global China Connection (MIT GCC) seeks to encourage business, educational and professional exchanges between Greater China and the MIT community.
MIT GCC was founded by a group of MIT students interested in international business development. The MIT GCC Chapter is part of a national non-profit organization to facilitate a greater understanding of the Chinese business world. As China develops a large presence in the international arena, it is crucial to prepare MIT students for professional exchange with the international community. MIT GCC fulfills this role on the MIT campus through the organization of conferences, events, and mentorships aimed at helping students develop meaningful relationships with Chinese companies. As one of over 40 chapters established world-wide, MIT GCC is dedicated to propelling this mission forward.
